The Brookdale Neighborhood Association (BNA) is a voluntary civic and social organization with a goal of promoting community in the Brookdale neighborhood. All who reside (own or rent) in the Brookdale neighborhood are invited to join--single family homes, townhomes and condominiums. Whether you’ve resided in Brookdale for years or are new to the neighborhood, the Brookdale Neighborhood Association welcomes you!
 
Annual memberships
 
$30 Full Membership
All owners (and co-owners) residing in the Brookdale neighborhood boundaries.
 
$30 Associate Membership
Non-property owners residing in the Brookdale neighborhood boundaries. Associate members have all rights and privileges of full membership except the right to vote for the Board or bylaw changes, or hold office as a BHA Board Member. Associate members may chair committees, coordinate events and fully participate in our neighborhood association.

Renew your membership today

If you were a 2023 BNA member, you can easily renew your membership for 2024!
 
  1. Log in to the website account. If you need assistance with logging in to the website, please click the forgot username or forgot password options on the login page.
  2. In the upper right of the website, click "Your Profile."
  3. Choose "Renew your membership."
  4. Review and update your information and preferences. Click "Save" when finished.
  5. Click “View Payment Instructions” and "Pay Invoice Online."
  6. Enter your credit card to pay online, or click the “Bank Pay” option. Your online payment will be reflected in 1-3 business days!

Register as a new member

If you were a past BNA Member, please log in to the website to renew your membership. If you need log-in assistance logging, please click the forgot username or forgot password options on the login page.
 
If you haven't been a BNA Member in the past, register as a new member:
  1. Complete the online registration form
  2. Click “View Payment Instructions” and “Pay Invoice Online.”
  3. Enter your credit card to pay online, or click the “Bank Pay” option.
  4. Once your membership is processed in 1-3 business days, you’ll receive an email with more information on getting your online account and membership profile setup.

Membership eligibility

  • All who reside within the Brookdale Neighborhood boundaries, which are defined as Route 59 east to the West Branch of the DuPage River, and Diehl Road south to North Aurora Road.
  • Homeowners may join as Full Members.
  • Renters and non-property owners may join as Associate Members.

Additional payment options

Additional payment methods are available but require a longer period of time to process. Your membership will be processed in mid-May for the following payment methods:
 
  • Zelle or Chase QuickPay: Send your $30 annual dues payment electronically to bha.president@aboutbrookdale.org using Zelle or Chase QuickPay. Please be sure to include your street address in the message field during the electronic payment process.
  • Block Captain: Drop off your check or cash payment to your Block Captain. View a list of Block Captains at aboutbrookdale.org/block-captains
  • By Mail: Mail payment to the BNA Membership Director at: Carrie Cole, 1626 Windward Court, Naperville, IL 60563
