Whether you own a home or or rent a home, townhome, or condominium, all in Brookdale are invited to join—just $30 for the year. You’ll also be supporting the friendly spirit that makes Brookdale "one of the best neighborhoods in Naperville!"

$30 Annual Membership Options

Full Membership
Available to all homeowners (and co-owners) residing within the Brookdale neighborhood boundaries.

Associate Membership
Available to renters residing within the Brookdale neighborhood boundaries. Associate members enjoy all the rights and privileges of full membership, except for the ability to vote for the Board or on bylaw changes, or hold office as a BNA Board Member. Associate members can chair committees, coordinate events, and fully participate in all BNA activities.

➔ How to renew your membership

If you were previously a BNA member, you can easily log in and renew your annual membership!

Log in to your website account. If you need help accessing your account, use the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" options on the login page.
Once logged in, click "Your Profile" in the upper-right corner of the website. From there, select "Renew Your Membership."
Review and update your information and preferences, then click "Save" when you’re finished.
Next, click "View Payment Instructions," followed by "Pay Invoice Online." Enter your credit card details to pay online, or choose the "Bank Pay" option. Your payment will be processed and reflected within 1-3 business days.

If you’re new to the Brookdale Neighborhood Association (BNA), follow these steps to register as a member:

Complete the online registration form
Click "View Payment Instructions," then select "Pay Invoice Online."
Enter your credit card details to pay online, or choose the “Bank Pay” option.
Once your membership has been processed, you’ll receive an email with instructions for setting up your online account and membership profile.

Anyone who resides within the Brookdale Neighborhood boundaries—defined as Route 59 east to the West Branch of the DuPage River, and Diehl Road south to North Aurora Road—is eligible to join.
Homeowners may join as Full Members.
Renters and non-property owners are welcome to join as Associate Members.

You may use a credit card or bank pay option to pay your $30 annual membership dues and your membership will be processed immediately.

The following are additional payment methods, but require a longer period of time to process:

Zelle or Chase QuickPay: Send your $30 annual dues payment electronically to bha.president@aboutbrookdale.org using Zelle or Chase QuickPay. Please be sure to include your street address in the message field during the electronic payment process.
Block Captain: Drop off your check or cash payment to your Block Captain. View a list of Block Captains at aboutbrookdale.org/block-captains
