Join us for the 5th Annual Brookdale Neighborhood Turkey Trot in 2025—a family-friendly 5K run/walk that brings the neighborhood together for a fun morning outdoors, celebration and giving back. Whether you're running, walking, or strolling with your little ones or leashed pets, this event is perfect for all ages and abilities! Invite your friends, family and neighbors to join the fun.

 

This annual Turkey Trot serves as the Brookdale Neighborhood's primary fundraiser to support Loaves & Fishes Community Services, a local organization that helps provides food and support to over 9,000 people a week in the local community. All proceeds from the event directly benefit Loaves & Fishes, helping them continue their important work in our community.

 

Prior to the start of the 5K, trotters win exciting prizes generously donated by local businesses in our raffle drawing! Some trotters get creative with their Thanksgiving attire and are awarded for the best costumes.
