The Brookdale Neighborhood Association is pleased to announce that our Turkey Trot is back in 2023! This is a fun, family-friendly 5K run/walk with prizes and all proceeds benefiting Loaves & Fishes! Strollers and leashed pets are welcome. All are invited to participate, you do not need to reside in the Brookdale neighborhood.

This event will start and finish at the Brookdale Racquet Club Parking Lot (1625 Brookdale Road). Please note that the Brookdale Racquet Club Parking Lot will be open only to participants on foot. Street parking is available. 
 
Entry Fee & Payment
 
$5 per person or $20 per family - 100% of the proceeds benefit Loaves & Fishes!

Participants receive:

• A free scoop of ice cream at Nature's Best Cafe (must be a BNA member)
• A free meal from Rosie's Home Cookin
• Entries in drawings for Up North Ale House gift cards, bags of Starbucks coffee, a Harry & David Cookie Advent calendar donated by Word of Life Preschool and Church, and several other great items from area businesses!

$25 first place and $15 second place gift cards will be awarded for BEST GROUP COSTUME and BEST INDIVIDUAL COSTUME. To qualify for a prize, you must be a BNA Member and arrive by 7:45am for the costume judging.
 
Volunteers
 
We would love to have volunteers at various intersections along the route to help direct runners and walkers to stay on course and volunteers to help judge costumes and award prizes! Sign up to volunteer.
