Naperville’s long-standing commitment to environmental stewardship continues through the work of the Naperville Environment and Sustainability Task Force (NEST). This volunteer-driven, non-partisan group partners with residents, businesses, and the City to make Naperville a more sustainable community. From clean energy and green building to waste reduction and biodiversity, NEST leads local initiatives that protect our environment and build a healthier future.

Together with Lions Clubs International headquarters in Oak Brook, the Brookdale neighborhood will be collecting baby items, non-perishable food, and non-medical and medical supplies for Ukraine.

The Brookdale Neighborhood Association has created an online petition that will be sent directly to the City of Naperville Planning & Zoning Commission. We encourage you to sign the petition and specify why you are signing the petition, such as: school capacity, classroom sizes, art and music classes on-a-cart, boundary adjustments, and impact on property tax.
