The Brookdale Neighborhood Association hosts a popular neighborhood-wide garage sale, with many homes participating each year. In the weeks leading up to the sale, residents can complete a registration form to secure their spot on the sale map. The form allows participants to specify the types of items they’ll be selling and which days they’ll be participating (one or both days).

 

Once the map and listing are finalized, all details will be posted on the BNA website, emailed to BNA members, and shared across various social media platforms. Residents are encouraged to help spread the word and promote the garage sale within the neighborhood!

 

During the weekend of the sale, signs will be posted throughout the neighborhood, and printed maps will be available at the entrances to Brookdale, making it easy for shoppers to find participating homes.
